Order of the White Rose Scholarship
$50,000 scholarship awarded annually by the management of Polytechnique Montréal to a Canadian female engineering student who wishes to continue her studies in engineering at the graduate level (Master’s or PhD), at the establishment of her choice, in Canada or abroad.
For more detailed information, consult the rules and criteria for the program. The deadline for submitting an application is May 21, 2024.
Bursary for French-Language Integration
The program provides reimbursement of the tuition fees of French courses offered by UQAM.
Since no French courses will be offered during the summer semester, ÉTS will exceptionally reimburse tuition fees of courses taken in another university solely if you are required to follow a French course to complete your Master's with thesis or Ph.D program in Summer or Fall 2024.

McCall MacBain Scholarship Program
The McCall MacBain Scholarship Program is looking for committed students who are thinking about a master's degree next year (2024) and dream of making a positive impact on the world. This program offers a range of graduate scholarships to help them develop their full potential.

- Fondation Cypihot-Ouellette (in French)
The Fondation offers scholarships ranging from $1,000 to 5,000 for visually impaired students. There is no deadline for submitting an application. The organization examines requests on February 1 and August 1.
- Undergraduate Student Research Awards (USRA) - NSERC
Scholarships for students who wish to undertake a research work term during the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 trimesters. Considering the limited number of scholarships available, it is recommended you apply before the deadline, even for Winter. Should there be remaining scholarships, another selection will take place in Fall.

Hydro-Québec offers scholarships to ÉTS students whose research project is related to their innovation areas.
Deadline for submitting an application for internal selection: May 27, 2024 - Arbour Foundation
Scholarships intended for students with financial needs. Amounts: $20,000 (Master) and $30,000 (Doctorate).
Deadline for submitting an application for internal selection: June 6, 2024, 3 p.m. - Canadian Dam Association Scholarships (CDA)
Scholarships offered to students whose project is related to dam safety or management.

- Mitacs Accelerate – Standard program
This program offers paid internships at a partner business that agrees to contribute to the financing and to host the student at its premises to work on activities related to a joint research project. At least 50% of the student’s research time must be spent at the partner organization. This program offers considerable flexibility in terms of eligibility, duration of work terms and allocation of time for research at the business.
There is no set deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted at least 6 weeks before the scheduled start of the internship. - Mitacs Accelerate Fellowship
These grants are in addition to the Mitacs Accelerate standard grants described above. They require an industrial partner, and are accompanied by customized professional development training. - Mitacs Accelerate International
$15,000 grants for bilateral research collaborations (16 to 24 weeks) with an international company. Applications can be submitted to the organization at any time. Applications must be submitted at least 12 weeks before the scheduled start of the project.

$6,000 fellowship for senior undergraduates and graduate students to conduct 12-24 week research projects at universities abroad. There is no set deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted at least 16 weeks before the start of the project.
